The Brass Bell
A harbor store beneath a stolen warning bell.
The Brass Bell fills a small house beside the water on the lower quay. Nets hang outside for repair. Crates marked with chalk stand beside the door. A brass bell rings when the morning boats bring fresh fish.
Inside, shelves cover the walls. They hold fishing hooks and lines, rope, cloth for sails, tar, and everyday supplies. Fishers bring nets for repair. Crews buy supplies for trips upriver to Stillwater or out to sea.
Shopkeeper
Maren runs the shop and repairs nets beneath the bell. She stole it when her crew came ashore for supplies because its warning sound annoyed her.
Sera Morn trades here on her regular visits to the port. Maren arranged payment for her crate exchange.
