The Wayfarer’s Measure

Supplies for travel beyond the roads.

The Wayfarer’s Measure occupies a narrow shop facing Market Square. A green door opens through its stone front wall, with a faded map above it. The shop sells food for travel, waterskins, lamp oil, rope, packs, cloaks that keep out rain, hunting gear, and tools.

Most customers plan trips into the hills or along the river. Others need supplies for travel away from marked paths. Harbor families also come here to buy cord or oil. The shopkeeper chooses useful goods rather than pretty ones and explains how to use each item before a sale.

Shopkeeper

Nessa Calder runs the shop and gives advice about routes and weather outside town.
